Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days, depending on product availability and production status.
For made-to-order or limited-piece products, dispatch may take slightly longer. In such cases, customers will be informed if there is any delay.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
TGAMESTRONG may offer free shipping during selected promotions or on selected orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or any available contact method provided at checkout.
Please allow some time for the tracking link to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address at checkout.
TGAMESTRONG will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been shipped.
Failed Delivery or RTO
If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, refusing the order, or providing incorrect details, the order may be returned to us by the courier partner.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, TGAMESTRONG will offer a suitable resolution.
Delays
TGAMESTRONG is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, or circumstances beyond our control.
However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.
